WINNER ADULT TEXTILES "Sylvan Shoulder Dragon" by Robyn de Jong
I have always wanted a pet dragon like the "Fire Lizards" in Anne McCaffery's "Dragons of Pern" series. With this in mind I created "Sylvie", a Sylvan Shoulder Dragon that can be worn on the shoulder with the tail around the wearer's neck. Sylvie has a wire skeleton, a needle felted wool body, wet felted leaf-like scales and wings, a silk mane and amethyst eyes.
HIGHLY COMMENDED ADULT TEXTILES "Queen of Hearts Red Gown" by Monique Donaldson
I made this gown, to be worn at cosplay functions. It has its own hoop and petticoat. It is lighter than it looks to wear.
