WINNER YOUTH SCULPTURE "Synergy" by The Glenbrook Centre
Staff and students at the Glenbrook Centre, of Springwood HS read the fairytale by the Brothers Grimm called, ‘The Musicians of Bremen’. We created an Installation inspired by this story and the themes of Journey, Resilience, Joy, Teamwork and Community. Students and staff each chose an animal and made a 3d sculpture.

I didn't like the way they taught art in primary school so I thought it couldn't be fun. There are lots of art workshops at my mums work during school holidays and I go to them when I'm bored at work with her. I've learned that art can be fun and I do enjoy creating and making things and experimenting with new ways to express myself.
